Apartments

There are 45 apartments and a lodge situated throughout the crescent, sleeping from 4 to 8 people. Most have sea views, some have garden views and there are some mews apartments as well as a lodge. Each one is totally individual in design, furniture and decor and provides 'home from home' comforts with a high standard of accommodation. All the apartments are elegantly furnished and have a lounge, dining area, well equipped kitchen (most with a dishwasher), comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms - some also have an en-suite shower/bathroom and whirlpool bath. Each has a television with Freeview, DVD, video recorder, radio/cassette/CD player, direct dial telephone, wi-fi access and central heating. 
 
Every apartment is fully serviced prior to guests' arrival and is fully equipped. Beds are freshly made and towels neatly laid out. Apart from swimming towels all other linen is provided, even down to tea towels and oven cloths. Daily delivery of milk and newspapers is available, together with either a starter pack or comprehensive supply of groceries on the day of arrival.

Changeover days are either Friday or Saturday, depending on the apartment. Apartments are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.

Osborne Club apartments are available to rent or to purchase as a timeshare holiday. Guests staying in the Club apartments have use of the leisure facilities of The Osborne Hotel, a 4 star hotel located at the centre of the crescent. These include a heated indoor swimming pool, a fully equipped state-of-the-art gymnasium* and sauna*.
 
In the grounds are the heated outdoor swimming pool [open May to September inclusive] and tennis court, both with stunning views over Torbay, together with a putting green, outdoor table tennis and giant chess. (*additional charge for these facilities).

The hotel offers a choice of restaurants: Langtry's is open for breakfast and dinner and has been awarded 1 rosette by the AA; the Brasserie is for more relaxed meals, snacks or just a drink.
