Your Stay 
 
When You Arrive, please check-in at the Club Office. Although you cannot occupy your apartment until 4.00pm, the office can issue your guest card, car permit and especially if you are visiting for the first time, tell you about the resort and facilities. This means you only have to return to pick up your keys at 4.00pm. 
 
The Club Office is situated on the lower ground floor in House 5 of the crescent [the house to the left of the main hotel entrance and Langtry's]. On entering the front door of House 5, proceed to the back of the ground floor; the stairs down are on the right by the lift. If the front door is locked, or you are unable to come down to the Club Office, please use the door entry system. On check-in days the Club Office is open until at least 7.00pm. Outside of Club hours you can check in at Hotel Reception located in the middle of the crescent. If you arrive during the night there is a Night Porter on duty who has the keys to your apartment. It is helpful if you let us know you are arriving late. 
 
An Information Folder is provided in each apartment - please spare a few moments to read through it as it contains useful information about the Club services and the Hotel facilities. 
 
Each apartment is fully serviced prior to guests' arrival. Beds are freshly made and towels neatly laid out. Apart from swimming towels, all other linen is provided, even down to tea towels and oven cloths. All apartments are equipped with a television (Freeview), DVD player, wi-fi access (charges apply) and portable CD/radio player. A hair dryer is available from the Club Office. 
 
Charges Incurred During your Stay. When you arrive at The Osborne an account will be opened for you. Electricity [metered] will be added to this account, together with telephone calls etc. Apartments occupied on a rental basis usually include charges for electricity. Restaurant bills in the adjacent Osborne Hotel should be paid at the time of dining, they cannot be charged to account. 
 
Car Parking is available at the front of the crescent and there is additional parking to the rear. Second cars and trailers MUST be parked in the rear car park; high vehicles are requested not to park along the front of the crescent. Please collect a car parking permit from the Club office when you check in and advise us of the car registration number[s]. 
 
Pets. Please note that pet animals or birds are not permitted in the apartments, lodge, hotel or grounds. 
 
Smoking. All apartments, communal spaces in the houses and the hotel are non-smoking. 
 
Before Your Holiday 
Approximately 3 weeks before your stay, you will receive a Requirements Form to complete. You can order a daily delivery of milk and newspapers, make restaurant bookings and arrange for either a starter pack or comprehensive supply of groceries on the day of arrival on the form. 
 
At the end of your holiday, please ensure the apartment is vacated, accounts settled and keys handed in by 10.00am on the last morning of your stay.
